Shipping policy

Turnaround Times vary from product to product. Please read the description of each product to find that product's turnaround time.

All items marked as "ready-to-ship" have a 3-5 business day turnaround time (TAT). 

Any item not marked as "ready-to-ship" has varying turnaround times. Please view each item's description for its TAT. 

Turnaround Time accounts for "Processing Time". Processing Time is the time it takes us to fulfill your order. This does not account for shipping time. Shipping time is dependent on the carrier. For more information about shipping time, please contact your local USPS office.

As an alternative to shipping, we also offer local pick-up from our location at 9 Stonehenge Rd. Mattoon, IL 61938 All pick-ups are retrieved from this home address, and customers will be tagged on Facebook when their item is ready to be picked up.
